Cancellation Policy At Valentina Esthetics, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to self-care. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
